Where to See Live Music in Seattle

The Tractor Tavern is one of the most underrated places in Seattle for live music. It has just about every genre, attracting country, blues, indie pop, folk, etc. It is a venue that helps gives small bands and artists the exposure they deserve. Similarly, The Showbox, a music fixture since 1939 in downtown Seattle, has many artists of all genres. They have expanded their industry by providing larger music spaces for their musicians.

The Crocodile takes everyone back to the Seattle ‘90s where they played many amazon artists including Mudhoney and R.E.M. Nowadays their artists perform indie pop and rock to the audience. It is a great place to listen to music while relaxing with friends eating pizza and drinks. This is the place to be on a weekend in seattle.

The Paramount and Neptune Theatre have bigger venues in order to fit more audience and better musicians. They host larger events like Death Cab for Cuties, Pink Floyd, and many more. The Paramount Theatre has almost 3,000 seats with far range speakers and amazing spectators. The Neptune Theatre is notorious for it’s college crowds beaming with excitement and love from the audience.

The Moore Theater tours are on the second Saturday of every month. They are about 120 minutes long led by well experienced volunteers. It is about 115 years old. The mix of different cultures is truly a once in a lifetime experience. You feel the rush of music flow through you as you listen.
